we went there last night only to find that it was closed...I hope that is just a temporary closing or a re-location to another place in Summerlin...we loved the food, the hospitality and the ambience...I will be watching for a notice of re-opening....mmr

But they also have added entrees for those looking for a great steak or seafood. Im looking forward to the weather warming up to sit back out on the patio. I will be running back.

This place has the best food. I had a grilled onion burger and it was the best I have had in years. I will return, this time with my husband. I want to try everything on the menu.

This place is amazing, maybe the person who posted above works for Firefly if they think that place has better food. my favorite of course is the Black Mussels..so good. The menu has alot to offer and yes it is tapas..which equals small plates. But they also have added entrees for those looking for a great steak or seafood. This place is located in the Target/Sears shopping plaza off of Flamingo & 215. It's nice to see a tapas restaurant on this side of town. The only other tapas restaurant I've been to is Firefly's on Paradise which has a much better atmosphere and better food. That said, this place was a decent dining experience. The place was not too large looks like it holds maybe 30 people when packed however there were only four tables with people when we ate there. Also there is a separate small bar area.
When I saw the menu for this place on line I thought the prices were really reasonable but I guess I kind of blocked out the fact that it was tapas so of course the portions are small. No fault of cafe Deia just something to be aware of when looking at the menu. We ordered tapas and all were fine but nothing really that I would call delicious. I mean we never went ohhh that's soo good.
There's a lot on the menu and we only had a small sampling so it's hard to give this place a fair shake. I would come back here again but I'm not running back.
